Entry into the secondary school is through a
competitive form of entrance examination and a subsequent interview.
The dates for the entrance examinations are published in widely
circulated national newspapers. Successful candidates are then
informed in writing about what other requirements are expected to
bring to school.
The admission process includes the following
stages:
Aptitude
Tests: Tests of quantitative and
qualitative skills. Oral Interview: The
prospective student dialogues in two separate stages with a staff
member and with the school's CEO. Review and
appraisal: The school reviews and appraises the child's
performance with the parents or guardians. Offer of
Admission: The CEO offers admission to a successful
candidate. This process is not designed to make admission
difficult but to ensure that you, your child and the school have
similar goals. Each section of the process is conducted by a
friendly staff member who is well-trained to bring out the best in
your child.
You will please contact the
school for the next date of the admission process. Please ensure you
and your child arrive at 9.00 am. Lunch will be provided for your
child. The exercise may last for about four hours.
